Today we are all able to make a positive change to ensure the future of our wild animals. The way we choose to live our lives from this moment forward will influence the future of all creatures on this planet including our own.
Wild Warriors, painted by Deziree Smith in February 2019, is launched at the turn of the tide. We recognise the need to adapt to a new world so we may live along side our animals and see them thrive once more. By making small changes to our daily lives we can impact their future in a big way.
Our four warriors were inspired by the wildlife orphans in South Africa. Most were found wondering alone in the African bush veld as their mothers were poached. The illegal ivory and rhino horn trade has these animals listed as critically endangered and at the brink of extinction. Several Orphanages were created to give them a safe haven where they may grow up and be returned to the wild once more. We hope to educate our children of the importance of these animals and instill a love for the wild that will last a lifetime and be passed on to the next generation.
A portion of the proceeds of the ‘Wild Warrior Range’ will be donated to four orphanages: The Zululand Rhino Orphanage, Hoedspruit Endangered Specie Centre, The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and The Rhino Orphanage.
Thank you for being part of the Wild Warrior drive and taking another step to making a positive change.
